The "Original" Lunch Bunch Gathering

Several years ago Jim Moore and Joe Lowe thought it would be a nice idea if the former Braniff pilots could get together for lunch. The original meetings were only in Bowie and later expanded to include Decatur. There are no rules, officers, dues or any organization. Wives and others are invited. The attendance has been growing.

** Changed ** The Braniff Lunch Bunch meets at 11:30 AM on first Wednesday in Bowie, Jim Bowie Restaurant, Hwy 287 and 59.  We no longer meet in Decatur.

For those wishing to fly in we will provide transportation. Please plan to arrive by 11:00AM and call the day before by contacting Charlie Dosch, 940-872-5211, ckdosch@morgan.net..

 What               Cocktail Hour 1730 until!!        Open Bar with Liquor, Beer and choice of Wines. 

                        Buffet Dinner   1900--  Salad, Buffet Style Pasta Table, Roast Round of Beef, Teriyaki Chicken, Rolls, Coffee, Tea and Desert Station.

 Comments      This will be our 7^th Christmas get together for all old Braniff pilots, their Co Pilots and their friends.  Last year we had 54 so lets go for 60 or more this year.  We have room for a 100.  Tell all the Braniff ex’s you see and plan to attend and have a great time.  Let’s have everyone tell an old Braniff story, if you dare.  We are lucky to have been part of a special group that will never be again so let’s keep up the great fellowship.  Any suggestions are welcome.  Looking forward to seeing all of you.
